The Main Building's public entry portal and public gathering space faces Simi Valley's major hospital district to the northwest; making a visual link with nearby Adventist Hospital. Located on Sycamore Drive near Alamo in Simi Valley California, the Aspen Center's total area is 35,500 gross square feet.

The Aspen Center consists of the Main Building, a two story diagnostic service and treatment building connected by an arcade to a single story Magnetic Resonance Imaging Building. Smaller functions, meetings, and lunches can be staged in the patio courtyard garden outside the arcade between the MRI building and the Main Building.

The skylit lobby also serves as a perfect meeting spot for after-hours community activities.
The building facade materials of concrete tilt-up panels and reflective glass portray a high-tech image.

The new assembly seating reflects the acts of gathering, hospitality, visual contact, and active celebration with participants and other parishioners. One such benefit enables the congregation to sing antiphonically. Pews located close to the exit provide a short path outside for parents with infants who require attention.

Situated in Los Angeles' east San Fernando Valley, within North Hollywood is the Diocese of Los Angeles' renovated St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church. Reconfigured by the Valley Glen-based firm of Lindblad Architects, the skyward reaching Modernist building (built in 1966) of unadorned concrete was originally designed by J. George Szeptycki.
